Discover Alexandra Tsatsouli’s alcohol-free cocktail, winner of the 2025 international final. “Sun-Kissed Wish” was born on her birthday, inspired by a personal dream: to celebrate that day in a different country each year. For this creation, she imagined herself in Argentina, guided by a heartfelt promise from her partner, a chef — to prepare a special dish upon her return. She sought to capture the spirit of ceviche in a non-alcoholic cocktail that’s refreshing, symbolic, and deeply personal.
