Discover the mocktail of Benoît Guérin, winner of mainland France 2025. His cocktail celebrates an important milestone in his life: the 10th birthday of his daughter, Saori. Inspired by shared moments over tea and his interest in fermented flavours, Benoît created his mocktail using Caraïbos juices.
